Christopher Harrell is the Brownfield Redevelopment Coordinator for the CIty of Indianapolis. Prior to joining the city, Harrell received his JD and MPA from Indiana Univeristy- Bloomington. From April 2004 until present, Harrell has been responsible for identifying, prioritizing and sercuring financing for the city-controlled brownfield redevelopment projects. Harrell is also responsbile for assisting private parties in their efforts to redevelop brownfield sites and administering the Indy/LISC Neighborhood Brownfield Initiative (NBI) non-profit brownfield grant program.
