Meredith Poczontek is the Coordinator for Ohio Farm Link. She assists beginning farmers with land access, business planning, and farm financing. In 2009, she and her husband, John, bought their farm in Hudson, OH where they grow veggies and raise chickens. Meredith has written and presented business start-up seminars and consulted on business plans for entrepreneurs seeking venture capital. She has a B.A. in Business Administration from Malone University and serves on the executive board of the International Farm Transition Network. She owns two start-up companies and Cornucopia Farms in Northeast Ohio where she lives with her husband and their three dogs.
