Robson Zimuto attended University of London and Pan Africa Institute for Development of West Africa and Chibero College of Agriculture in Zimbabwe. He has done extensive research in socio-economic factors associated with youth, rural urban migration and the impact of Heifer work in Zimbabwe. He is currently employed with Seven Harvest and Growing Power working as a consultant. He is responsible for establishing the organization in Zimbabwe and South Africa. He assists in registration, developing the organizational structure, facilitates the strategic plans and developing program proposals. He also identifies field partners, develops monitoring and evaluation systems and initiates resource mobilization strategies.
