“Recognizing Racism & Elevating Consciousness thru Music, Spirit & Culture” – is an interactive workshop drawing from “Elevating Health and Spirit through Nutritional Food Colors.” We will revisit the instructional wisdom of our Elders by exploring our relationship to Mother Earth and current challenges we face. This year we will acknowledge some aspects of racism in the food system.
