As the first commerical rooftop-based farm in the country, the Eagle Street Rooftop Farm has earned international attention for directly connecting the urban consumer to their food source. In this workshop, learn how the Rooftop Farm's structure and operations draws upon the strengths of precedent farms in and outside the city; what lessons have been gained from a year of rooftop farming, and how we can continue to explore if cities can, indeed, feed themselves.
